Description
This is part of a big auction of 45's from several small 1950's label that I'm running this week. Take a look at these and keep an eye out for an all-rockabilly auction starting 9/25 and an all Los Angeles label auction (Modern/RPM/Imperial, etc.) in October
Here's the info on this item:
Release: Andre Williams, Charlie Morris Orchestra - Jail Bait / My Tears
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: The third single released by Williams, but just the second on Fortune. Jail Bait is the star of the show here and is an absolutely fantastic track with lyrics that you wouldn't be able to get away with today. My Tears is more of a proto-Sam Cooke soul track. Very much worth hearing if you haven't.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with no noticeable scratches or scuffs, almost no wear at all. Both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are very nice with original gloss and just one little smudge on the Jail Bait title. Really nice copy of this awesome record.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
