Description
Here’s a very rare EP entitled “Four By The Beatles”. This is the 2nd of the three Beatles EPs issued in the US, and the first one on the Capitol label. It was released May 11, 1964, and it’s number EAP1-2121. This is a very nice copy, with both cover and vinyl grading VG++. The vinyl has nice gloss, no scratches, labels are virtually perfect. The 45 plays very well. The cover has no seam splits, writing, tape, or other problems. I see a slight bit of rub and corner wear, and on the back is one staple-sized hole on Paul’s right shoulder (probably where a price tag was originally attached). The EP format was commonplace in Europe, but it never really took off the US, making these rather scarce. These hardly ever turn up so well preserved!
