I have never seen another one of these. This record is original TRO (The Richmond Organization) pressing. On the bottom left front cover it says "limited edition for artists only". On the front top left of cover it says, "this recording is authorized for professional song audition puposes only. It may not be sold, used for broadcasting or commercial purposes". The front cover is in good shape, has a minor inch tear on bottom seam, it does have minor wear and a spot on the back  with pen mark in back upper left corner (reads "Waylett") (look at pictures). The record itself has no flaws. Thanks for looking, and bid in confidence. I have sold numerous items on ebay including a second state butcher cover with no complaints.
