Description

This is a soundtrack LP by Franco Micalizzi for the 1977 Italian police / poliziotteschi / crime film "Il Cinico, L'Infame, Il Violento" ("The Cynic, The Rat and The Fist"), directed by Umberto Lenzi and featuring Maurizio Merli, John Saxon and the incredible Tomas Milian. The score features the inimitable hard-hitting, funky style of Maestro Micalizzi (you may already know the track "Affanno"). The very rare LP was released in an edition of 500 on the Cometa label (CMT 1005/13) in the late 70's under the title "Violence!"; perhaps it was intended as a production music / library LP? I'm not sure. Some of the music on this LP was not in the film, in any case. Vinyl and cover are in EX shape.
