Offered here: Frank Howard – Judy / Smoky Places (Excello 2291, 45 RPM promo, 1967) — a real gem for Northern Soul heads.
• Release year: 1967 (promo mono 45) 
• Labels: super clean promo labels, no writing or smudging
• Vinyl: there are some surface scuffs / light marks (DNAP = does not appear to affect play)
• Sound / play: in quieter spots you’ll hear background noise, but overall it plays through solidly and the A-side “Judy” is a beautiful mid-tempo soulful crossover track
• Why it’s collectible: this promo is rare in clean form — ideal for DJs or collectors of deep soul / promo 45s
