Description
Up for auction are two (2) 12" acetate discs 33 1/3 rpm of, what appears to be, the radio broadcast of the famous Mike Wallace Frank Lloyd Wright Interview from September of 1957.
Although this interview was televised, it looks as though the audio portion was recorded on two acetate radio transcriptions wither to be re-broadcast or for archival purposes by the radio station.
The condition of the discs is pretty good with slight wear. They both play through just fine.
Although you can view the television version of this on the internet, the audio here is far superior to that of what you will hear on the web.
It's pretty cool to own a one of a kind item linked to the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright. This is likely never to come up again.
So, if you're a Wright fan, now is your chance to add something incredible to your collection.
