Perfect, brand new, still in the shrinkwrap and obviously never opened.  So few of these exist in this unopened condition.
I'm selling this to raise money in my legal defense against Frank Sinatra Enterprises and am seeking licensing rights for some of his images.  I will be venting my views publicly on my YouTube channel at Youtube.com/saxosinatra.  PLEASE SUBSCRIBE and help me in the FIGHT TO MAKE MUSIC RIGHT!
Hello everyone!  In response to requests for more detail about my legal woes, I wanted to share that I'm also selling now because I'm suffering from a total voice impairment from reflux laryngitis.  In other words, my acid reflux is like heartburn on full nuclear power.  Anyway, I'm thankful that I can still share my thoughts in this written manner.
All this stress from the Sinatra's has been a contributing factor to my current health status.  In April, I started a new Youtube channel with the aspiration of sharing my original saxophone performances of the Great American Songbook, that Frank, of course, made his own as well.  I also happen to own every Frank Sinatra video that pretty much exists.  So as an added bonus, I uploaded almost half of my Sinatra video collection with green lights from copyright filter checks stating that "Copyright owner claims all rights to this video but is allowing me to publish with no monetization rights."  Sounds clear, right?  WRONG!  After about 5 months of racking up hundreds of subscribers and making more music videos, Frank Sinatra Enterprises, decides to take down my videos, leading to my channel suspension.
This has happened once before.  This time, I bit the bullet and called my copyright counsel and after an expensive legal bill, I reclaimed my channel in just 15 days.  Now I know the secret to reclaiming a channel after suspension.  Now I have a channel with no Sinatra videos and a TBD livestream date as my voice is impaired.  As Frank would say, "THAT'S LIFE". That's what people say!
I NEED 1000 subscribers to have a strong enough voice to continue this battle with the Sinatras.  If you read this far, then maybe you care to see my Youtube channel and SUBSCRIBE!   Youtube.com/saxosinatra
