Frank Sinatra MFSL boxed collection of 16 records plus GEO Disc. The box is NM as is GEO-DISC. If I were to grade these records visually only they would get a NM rating. I bought these used about 7 years ago and have played them about three times through. The condition I’m about to describe is the condition I received them in. They have all been cleaned on my VPI record cleaner and played using a Linn turntable. The last time I played them was a couple of weeks ago, while doing so I took these notes about them. They are basically all in near mint condition except where noted. They are quiet in the beginning, in between songs, and at the end of each side. I’ll use references of a TIC, CLICK, or POP, tic being the quietest and pop being loudest noise. Record 1 “Swing Easy - Songs For Young Lovers”…”Sunday” had one click in it, “Wrap Your Troubles In Dreams” songs “My Funny Valentine” had 2 Clicks in it, and “I Get A Kick Out Of You” had one tick in it. Record 2 “In The Wee Small Hours” is NM. Record 3 “Songs For Swingin' Lovers” “Swinging Down The Lane” had three pops about 30 seconds apart with 2 clicks in between fist 2 pops. Record 4 “Close To You” songs “Close To You” had a tick and “With Every Breath I Take” had two pops. Record 5 “A Swingin’ Affair” songs “Night And Day” had two pops and “I Guess I’ll Have To Change My Plans” had tick. Record 6 “Where Are You” is NM. Record 7 “Come Fly With Me” is NM. Record 8 “Sings For The Lonely” is NM. Record 9 “Come Dance With Me” Songs “Something’s Gotta Give” had a Pop, “I Could Have Dance All Night” had a Pop, and “Day In Day Out” had a Pop. Record 10 “Look To Your Heart” is NM. Record 11 “No One Cares” songs “ I Don’t Stand A Ghost Of A Chance With You” had a tick, “I Can’t Get Started” had a click, and “Why Try To Change Me Now” had a click. Record 12 “Nice And Easy” is NM. Record 13 “Sinatra's Singin' Session” is NM. Record 14 “All The Way” is NM. Record 15 “Come Swing With Me” song “Almost Like Being In Love” had one tick. Record 16 “Sinatra Sings of Love and Things” song “Mr. Success” had one tick. I’ve tried to describe their condition and though most songs play near mint there is no refund since this package does have a few issues and I’ve started the bidding at only $16, just one dollar per record.
