Description
This is a Frank Sinatra collectors box set, Pressed in Japan on super virgin vinyl at half speed off the original master tapes. It is number 8894 out of 10,000 that were pressed in Japan. Mobile Fidelity may have pressed more in the USA but they are not the same. This set was won at an auction at WBGO-FM 21 years ago and a needle has not been placed on it since. Also included will be the original letter from the man who donated it to the auction [ Barry Clark, President of Off -Beat records] and his original item description of the box set. There are a couple of issues with the outer box,a couple of scratches on the face, there are pictures and some separation on the outer door. The albums and covers are in mint condition. I also will include a couple of NY Daily News special section papers on the passing of Mr. Sinatra from Saturday May 16,1998 and Sunday May 17, 1998. This collection is a must for the Sinatra fan or collector. I do not know why Mr. Clark says there only 13 albums, there are 16 plus the Geo Disc.
