Description

This is an incredibly rare Mexican Mothers Of Invention compilation album, 'Frank Zappa y the Mothers Of Invention', containing tracks from 'Freak Out', 'Absolutely Free', and 'Cruising With Ruben & the Jets'. The track listing is, as far as my research can ascertain, unique to this release.
The album is on the Karussell label, catalogue number 12022, although it also has the number 2345 018. It would appear to be based on a German Polydor cataloguing system, which would date it as being from the early 1970s.

The record is in mostly excellent condition, apart from a few pops in the orchestral part of 'Mother People' (which is the CENSORED version), and at the beginning of 'Brain Police'. The pressing is a little noisy, mainly noticable at the beginning of each side.
The sleeve is mostly intact, but has a 3" split on the top at the right, and 2" split on the bottom at the right. The lower right corner has two creases, while the upper right corner has a bump. The upper and lower left corners both have mottled paper from water damage. Please e-mail for further pictures if required.
