Description

First released in October of 1976, 'Zoot Allures' has become one of Frank Zappa's most cherished albums.  The great irony is (due to a lawsuit) that it almost never got released.  It's a mostly studio recorded album though there are several (edited) live cuts as well ('Black Napkins' being the most well known). This 2017 pressing is considered by many to be the best sounding version.
