Rare 7" Single
For sale is a rare 7" single from the 50's by Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers.
The record was released in 1957 on the Columbia Label with the catalogue number DB3878.
The record contains the tracks:
- I'm Not A Juvenile Delinquent
- Baby Baby
Although the success of the band was relatively short lived, they did gain huge chart success in the US and the UK with this single, plus Goody Goody, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, I Want You To Be My Girl etc.
Sadly of course, Frankie struggled with a drug problem that ultimately let to his death at the age of just 25 years.
The condition of both the record and sleeve is excellent, there are no scratches or surface marks on the record and its condition is really excellent for its age.
This record remains a pop classic and is a must have item for fans and collectors of early Rock n' Roll.
