Description

W-R 1-69 and 2-69 by Franklin & Hayes. Beautiful harmonies, fine picking, pure innocence in presentation and lyrics. This was made by a North Olmstead, Ohio high school group in 1969, issued in small quantity on a local private label, and is very hard to find today.  The cover is intact, no splits. Front is relatively clean, with some light soiling, tiny stains, a small cut corner upper left, and writing which say Parents Copy in blue marker, at top right. Back cover has lots of staining, It's autographed by Ann Hayes and Ron Franklin. Parents Copy is again written in blue marker at top corner of the slick. Labels are clean with 12 to 15 spindle marks. It's been played, but carefully, though probably with a rather heavy tone arm. It plays very enjoyably, with background static of varying degrees on all the tracks. There is an infrequent pop or tick. Overall the background static is evident, but does not seriously distract from the beauty of the music.  There is static, it comes and goes in volume, but the music far over powers it. Grade cover VG. Grade vinyl VG+, plays VG.to VG+.  This will be packed very well, and will get to you world wide in the condition described. Please WAIT for the INVOICE before paying.
