Description
Shown in the photos is a complete set in "excellent condition" of the Franklin Mint's "The 100 Greatest Recordings of All Time". These are vinyl records. Some of the boxes are still wrapped in the original plastic shipping sleeve and have never been opened.
This set features recordings of various artists and composers, focusing on classical music. Produced by Mint Records in 1978, this collection was curated by known musical stars of the time to present in the set what they concluded was the "best" version of a particular classical music piece. The records are in 12" format, made of red vinyl with a 33 RPM speed, and come in a cardboard sleeve for safekeeping. Also included is an indexed list of the recordings and additional information on how the recordings were chosen and by whom.
I live in North Carolina.....local to Charlotte and Greensboro. If you would like local pick-up, I can work that out with you...just ask. Otherwise, I believe these records can be sent Media Mail, which is slower but less expensive than Priority or USPS Ground. That is the shipping that eBay is calculating. It will probably require 3 to 4 boxes to ship these records safely. I can adjust for exact shipping (up or down) once I have been contacted regarding purchase.
