Estate find.

10" 78 RPM 4 record album set. 

Fred Kirby of WBT's Briarhoppers sings & plays Hillbilly Tunes. WBT is a Charlotte, NC radio station.

Old store stock from Hart's Records in St. Paul, Minnesota. Hart Callender also was a local distributor for other independent record stores. He closed his operation in 1951 following an auto accident. He moved his huge inventory in the basement of his home until his death in 1996. He always hoped to get back into the record business but never did.

Some items were found still sealed, while others, like this one, were removed from their shipping wrappers & ready for the store bins. 

Condition of records is N, or MINT. GUARANTEED UNPLAYED.

Condition of cover is VG+, or V+: small scrapes & wear at right edge; other minor shelf wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
