Description
Fred McDowell, Skip James, etc - This Old World's In a Hell of a Fix - 1971 Biograph Records # BLP-12027
DISC: VG+ with many light faint fine shallow hairs on both sides, some moderate groove wear from repeat play. Some paper scuffs on both sides. **A very small storage warp, that does NOT effect playback** = I played it twice. Some luster remains, labels are mostly clean. There will be some constant light static background noise as well as crackles throughout playback with mostly clean bold audio. ***NOTE: Most of the recordings on this LP were recorded into a TIN Can type recording device back in the day, so the recording is scratchy and full of static and NOT the actual LP. Some the of 1950-60s stuff is cleaner sounding..****
COVER: VG+ with some light ring wear and light fade, bold clean graphics on front cover. Biggest flaw is 2 inch corner crease bend in top right corner, other corners have bends, bumps, and smaller creases. All spines are mostly intact, legible title spine but off center towards back cover. The back cover shows more ring wear than front, creases are more visible from back. Great original press.
