Description

This is a new, sealed record. The lower right hand corner of the sleeve is a bit dogeared and the shrink wrap is slightly torn in this area, but is not an issue to the overall integrity of the album. It is, however, a slight blemish, which is why I have listed the sleeve as near-mint and is evidenced in the photo. The rest of the edges and corners are okay with not issues to report. Overall, this is a very nice copy of this record.  I am using Propay instead of Paypal. I will stand behind all of my records and will make sure you are completely satisfied. Thanks!
