I Can Hear Music / Goin’ Back by Larry Lurex double sided Trident studios acetate
Very very rare double sided Trident studios acetate I Can Hear Music / Goin’ Back by Larry Lurex, (later known as Freddie Mercury). Given to me at the Radio One Roadshow, Great Yarmouth Summer 1973.
Fellow Queen members Roger Taylor and Brian May played on the track.
Likely to have been no more than 10 copies of this produced (in this format, as it was obviously intended for radio play) and almost certainly many less in existence now. Trident Studios acetates are highly sought after as they rarely turn up on the collectors market, most UK Queen acetates have 'EMIdisc' labels and only a few tracks from the first and second album were recorded at Trident.
