Label is "47 West 63rd NYC"  and deep groove on both sides.  "RVG" and "The Ear" aka "P"  in the runout on both sides.  Back has "43 West 61st Street, New York 23, NY" address. 

Record looks VG+ and plays VG++/VG+. A small dig ticks 2 or 3 times on the last tune Side 1.  There's a light scratch on the first tune Side 2 that ticks below the level of the music. The track plays VG for most of it and then VG+. Some light scuffs and marks both sides.  

Cover is VG++

 Front cover is bright and still glossy and shows some light wear at the pocket.  Small spots of heavy wear at the corners. Back cover nice, bright and glossy showing some light wear. NO split seams. Spine is bright and readable.  No writing.
