Description
Free’s third release on Island Records Fire and Water, this is a British first pressing A/1 B/1 and it sounds superb.
Brilliant band and record! This record should be mandatory listening!!!!
Everyone knows All Right Now from this record, but there was so much more to Free, if you haven't ever listened to Heavy Load….Do so! Fire and Water the title track was covered by the great Wilson Pickett and the band Mr. Big name themselves after the song on this album.
And “Don't Say You Love Me" is another gem as well as "Oh I Wept"on this brilliant record and one of my all time favorite albums of all time.
These British pressings are so much better sounding than the US ones, you’ve got to hear this album to understand what I am talking about.
The record grades Excellent+ or better there are some ultra light marks nothing deep at all there is some static here and there as well as some light surface noise as with most records and it’s nothing that bad.
The cover is in Excellent condition (see scans).
I've been collecting records for over 54 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
