Description

I have up for auction a record (78) on a red and gold Odeon label, made in France. It is #188.014 by Carlos Gardel, Argentine/Tenor with Guitares. Selections are "Ramona" and "El Carretero". The record is in very good to VG+ condition on Ramona side, hardly any wear and scuffs and scratches are few, light and almost all surface variety, none deep. On Carrereto side, very odd, some early imperfect grooves cause intermittent blasting and also a couple later on-but I checked two other copies previously and they also have the same blasting in same exact spots-so apparently must have been in the manufacturing? (downgrade accordingly; starting price lower as a result). Surfaces fairly shiny and clean.
