LAURENCE VANAY - Evening Colours ( CAM CmL 121 ), Italia 1977
Laurence Vanay aka Jaqueline Thibault was the wife of musician (played with MAGMA in the late 60ies and recorded a great album in the late 70ies), producer and owner of a recording studio Laurent Thibault. This is her 2nd album, recorded and released in France 1975 on the "Galloway" label - and 2 years later in Italy in a different cover design in Italy on the "CAM" label. Musically an excellent "library" styled LP with georgeous keyboards (hammond, piano....), acoustic / electric guitars, a little "Zeuhl" feeling, played in a shimmering, deeply mysterious mood. Very hard to find - comes with the original inner sleeve !!!
Has writing on label - but hardly noticable on the black label (see scan)
The cover is in very good to very good plus (vg/vg+) condition, has the original "Chicago 2000" stamp on front cover, a little "written" sticker on front cover top right side. Has a tiny sticker residue / damage on back cover top side, a tiny "x" is written on back cover, some wear on seams and spine and a few crinkles.
The record is also in very good to very good plus (vg/vg+) condition, showing several paper scuffs, hairlines and some surface marks - plays great with only occasional soft surface cracklings in places - plays ex- to ex I would say

Imortant: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you are disappointed if you don´t become a MINT copy - unfortunately this is not possible.
