***IMPORTANT NOTE***PLEASE READ*** I am not an audiophile or a collector, and cannot claim to know much about records, so please don't ask what "grade" the records are. I do not know. Sorry. I am just helping my 79 year old aunt clean out her apartment and dissolve her sizeable vintage LP record collection as she is now in a Nursing Home receiving hospice care. The records are "old" and may have some scratches and/or finger prints. I have made an attempt at cleaning few but I just ended up making things worse. The records became "staticky" and impossible to handle, so I gave up. I also put some on her record player and they work but sound a bit "off" to me but she enjoyed them. She said they were just fine, they weren't supposed to sound like CDs...
The records were stored in large cardboard boxes, in a moisture free closet.
