EMI ALP 1257-1261, 5 LP, individual LP´s, original labels.
Richard Wagner: Die Walküre.
VPO/Wilhelm Furtwängler & Mödl, Suthaus, Rysanek, Frantz, Frick, Klose etc.
Records: I ”dipped” these through with long takes and:
ALP 1257:
Side 1 plays very nice = VG++
Side 2 has background noise, sometimes louder = VG(+)
ALP 1258:
Side 1 has background noise, sometimes louder = VG(+)
Side 2 has light background noise but is better = VG+
ALP 1259:
Side 1 has light background noise, sometimes louder = VG(+)
Side 2 has light background noise here and there but is much better = VG+
ALP 1260:
Side 1 is very fine VG+/NM-
Side 2 is very fine VG+/NM-
ALP1261:
Side 1 is very fine VG+/NM-
Side 2 has light background noise = VG+
Covers are VG+ but notice the monograms and numbers on both sides of covers and ring wear on the back cover of ALP 1257.
