This is a factory sealed copy of the 1972 album titled

"It's So Nice To Be With You"

The jacket is in nice condition but there is some shelf wear at the two corners on the right side and a drill hole at the lower right side. The shrink wrap has a couple of small tears. A sticker at the upper left corner promotes the song "I Believe In Music", and another sticker in the upper right corner states that it is factory sealed.  The photos are of the actual item for sale.
