GALT MacDERMOT – “First National Hair Band” (1968) UA-6750 original pressing EX/M- (cover/record)
Killer post-“Hair” funky jazz with some psych-rock vibes with Idris Muhammad on drums and Jimmy Lewis on electric Fender bass. Galt plays piano an organ, and they’re joined by a host of jazz players. They do cover some of the tracks from the musical production “Hair”, and there’s some other cool editions like “Ripped Open by Metal Explosions,” “Walking in Space,” “Donna/Hashish,” “Freakout,” etc. Super cool album and really rare.
This is an original pressing. The cover has only a tiy bit of slick flecking at the top of the spine. It’s intact and the whole cover is beautiful with practically no wear at all. It does have a promo sticker on the front. They black/orange label vinyl is pristine and beautiful. Conservative grading: EX/M- (cover/record).

I highly recommend postal insurance to protect against any damage that might occur during shipping.
I package all LPs securely in record mailers and remove the vinyl from the covers to prevent seam splits during mailing. I do not just stick your record in a priority mailer box from the post office or between two thin pieces of cardboard with no additional packaging materials like so many others!!!
