One of the rarest Swedish Heavy Symphonic releases from the other half of the 70’s. 500 copies were released and sold by the band themselves. This is a nice keeper copy and will serve as a final upgrade in your precious record collection.

COVER; the unlaminated cover is in splendid condition. All four corners are sharp and the only small defect is a very, very faint beginning of ringwear on back visible from some angles. But this is hardly worth mentioning and this cover clearly grades as NEAR MINT.  

VINYL; the vinyl shows great lustre and when held under strong light, only a few insignificant paperscuffs appears. Visually graded as NEAR MINT. There is some very light crackle in the beginning of the first track on both sides, otherwise just some occasional distant hissing, which is evident on 99% of every vinyl. Aurally graded as NEAR MINT.

LABELS; both labels have some spindlemarks, which most likely originates from the pressing procedure. Nothing else indicates that this record has been played more than a few times.

I use GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS – MINT/NEAR MINT/VERY GOOD PLUS/VERY GOOD/GOOD/POOR. The grading MINT (M) is hardly ever used - and at that umcommon occasion - NOT used improperly. NEAR MINT (NM) means NEAR MINT both visually and audible! VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) is the same as EXCELLENT (EX) in other grading systems. My ambition is to provide an as accurate description as possible and I do not try hide any defects or other flaws on the record and cover. GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS

MINT ---- It should appear to be perfect. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, labels or writing, tears or splits. Mint means perfect.

NEAR MINT ---- Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect play. Covers should be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident: slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or writing on the cover should all be noted properly.

VERY GOOD PLUS ---- The record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Not too far from perfect. On a disc, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl or some of the original lustre may be lost. A slight scratch that did not affect play would be acceptably VG+ for most collectors.

VERY GOOD ---- Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl lustre, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.

GOOD ---- Well played with little lustre and significant surface noise. Despite defects, record should still play all the way through without skipping. Several cover flaws will be apparent, but should not obliterate the artwork.

POOR ---- Any record or cover that does not qualify for the above "Good" grading should be seen as Poor. Several cover flaws
