Description
Held on to this for quite some time, never breaking opening the seal. Time to let it go – an original, still factory sealed, mint Capitol promotional issue of the amazing Gandalf LP (ST 121). I’m not alone in holding this up as the absolute pinnacle of late night, candlelit psych LPs. This copy, with the standard “FREE” perforation in the front upper right corner, has been carefully guarded and stored by me for years. (As you’ll notice in the photo, about 1 ½ square inches of shrink has been pulled off around the perf.) Other than the missing swatch of shrink, there is not a flaw to mention on this original copy – no crunched corners, not a hint of ringwear under the shrink – it’s an absolute perfect original of this psychedelic masterpiece, and will be a cornerstone LP in the winner’s collection.
Hey, lots o’ psych and related items this week - classic and contemporary, obscure and renowned. Please take a moment to check my other auctions out. Thanks a bunch.
Our photos are of the actual listed item – we don’t use stock photos. Money orders, personal checks, and paypal accepted, and, yes – we’re happy to combine items to save you on shipping costs. Payment is expected within seven days of auction’s end (ten days for international winners) or negative feedback will be given and sharp pins placed in a voodoo doll that bears your ebay id. Thanks for lookin’!
