Description
You are bidding on a like-new copy of Gary Numan & Tubeway Army's album called "Replicas". This particular release was on the ATCO label in 1979.. one of the earlier pressings available.. it has been re-released as recently as 2015 in the UK and Europe.
There has been a dizzying number of releases of this title since 1979.. on different labels and from different countries.
This particular copy was pressed by PRC Recording's facilities in Richmond, Indiana (identified by the "RI" on the last line of the record label.)
One other interesting feature of this release is that the artist name on the front says "Gary Numan + Tubeway Army", and on the one side of the inner sleeve with the lyrics the artist name says "Gary Numan". I'm not sure if the many other releases listed the artist names the same way or not..
Still has the original clear covering on the album cover, it was cut to remove the album when new. I am the original owner/purchaser, and this copy has received very little play over the years, spending most of it's time in storage. Vinyl is excellent to near-mint, the cover is like new, also. The record sleeve has one small tear on the right edge near the middle.. otherwise that is in excellent shape also. (can be seen in the photos, on the side with Gary's picture.)
I'll try to help if you may have any questions.. just let me know.
Thanks for looking!
