Description

Gary Numan - Remember I Was Vapour (live) b/w On Broadway (live)

This is why I love vinyl records.....! :-)

Here we have Gary Numan's 7" Freebie (the one from his 1980 LP 'Telekon') that appears to be a black vinyl 7" Single.

As fans and collector's will know some early copies of this single appear to be red when held to a light.

This copy (as you can see in both scans) appears to be GREEN when held to an energy saving light bulb....! Then when held to a normal light it appears to be very light red, almost clear with red colour in the middle.

Actually, in all my years collecting and dealing in Gary Numan records I've never come across a dark red vinyl copy of a Beggars Banquet pressing as light as this one.

Why it goes green with a certain type of bulb is beyond me but there you go! A very nice item for a collector to pick up!

The vinyl record is in Excellent condition and is housed in a plain black sleeve.

Issued on the Beggars Banquet Record Label.

The Catalogue Number is SAM 126.
