Description
Hi and welcome to my auction item. I am clearing out a further batch of vinyl - some of it rare and collectible, others are duplicates in my collection. I aim to give an honest description of each item and grade the condition as accurately as possible.
Opening price (or fixed price, where Buy It Now) is fair and realistic, and is based on the value or rarity of the record. I normally post to the UK only; overseas ebayers interested in bidding, you're very welcome, but please contact me to agree postage service and costs before you bid - thank you. I usually post out the first working day after payment is received.

Right, from my obscurity box, here is a rare copy of Gavin Bryars LP "Sinking Of The Titanic" with the title track on Side A and the very moving "Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet" on side B. Produced by Brian Eno, this came out on the Obscure label in 1975.
This is the 1978 re-issue with the Red label, still on Obscure but with a different catalogue number (OBS 1) and new distributor - Polydor. The sleeve is clearly the version for the original release, as it's been overstickered with the new catalogue number and distributor name and address (see pics 3 and 4).
As for the condition, if you are looking for a mint, unplayed and crackle free copy, this won't be for you. But if you are happy to have a used but not abused copy, please read on!
Vinyl is in 'previously enjoyed' condition, having been played frequently. Record has been cleaned and I've played through both sides to test. Has light scratches, pops and crackles but both A and B sides play through without sticking or jumping. Sleeve is in fair condition - has shelf wear but seams intact and sleeve notes on rear clear and readable. Should you bid on this item, you accept that the record is as described and is definitely NOT a spotless, brand new copy!
If you look at sold items both on Ebay and other sites you will see what very good and mint copies of this rarity sell for. But here is an acceptable copy that might go for a really cheap price.
