In mint condition. Old eBay prices: $125 + $125 again. Superclean original first pressing of this hyper-melodic punk classic from the West Coast, released in 1979. Only 400 hand numbered and signed records were issued (see scan). Here you can get the only 7” release by the GEARS from Los Angeles. Released on private mini label ‘Four Speed Music’. This 3 tracker goes by the title Let’s Go To The Beach EP. The outstanding ‘Don't Be Afraid To Pogo’ (what a delicate title for a punk song) is pure singalong punk with powerful straight forward guitar riffs. The other two tracks are fast and superb US punk as well. ‘Hard Rock’ was born with many oh-oh-oh’s in the background and also appears on the great BLOODSTAINS ACROSS CALIFORNIA sampler. Both songs, ‘Let’s Go To The Beach’ and ‘Don't Be Afraid To Pogo’ were later re-recorded for their only LP Rockin' At Ground Zero. Vocalist Axxel G Reese and drummer Dave Drive then went on to form the DRILL INSTRUCTORS. All 400 records were signed by guitarist Crazy Ruben. Again, in tip-top condition.

All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
