LABEL, YEAR OF RELEASE & OTHER DETAILS: CBS RECORDS, MONO BPG 62934, 1967, FIRST U.K. PRESS...
MATRIX NO'S. 62934 A1 / 62934 B1
VINYL: EX both sides are very clean, barely a mark visible, beautiful!!....still retains its' original black sheen!!
AUDIO: EX plays with no skips or jumps.. there is the occasional very light background noise i.e. scuff/pops in places,...overall, the run-ins are quiet, and this L.P. is a powerful listening pleasure!!
SLEEVE: EX...Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. (Patent Pending) front laminated single sleeve, very clean no tears but with laminate creasing along spine edge, still retains a good strong colour with all text clear...some wear along spine, although it is firm with text mostly readable,...overall sleeve is in a clean and presentable shape for its' age!!
LABELS: EX...textured with smooth edge, nice and clean!!...
INNER SLEEVE: original clean die-cut CBS advertising inner...
GRADING: I AM NO EXPERT BUT TRY AND GRADE AS HONESTLY AS POSSIBLE...WITH PLUS (+) AND MINUS (-) IF THE CONDITION FALLS BETWEEN TWO GRADES.
Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
I WILL ALWAYS POST WITH RECOGNISED MAILERS AND STIFFENERS...THE VINYL WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE SLEEVE PRIOR TO MAILING....
