Recorded in Chicago on October 11, 1962, this Argo session featured Clarence “Gene” Shaw on trumpet, Sherman Morrison on tenor, James Taylor on piano, Sidney Robinson on bass and Bernard Martin on drums. SIDE 1: AUTUMN WALK; AD’S BLUES; MARJ and SIX BITS. SIDE 2: THE THING; TONIGHT; OUR TUNE and IT’S A LONG WAY. This is a MONO recording.

I have graded the LP as M- and the record jacket as EX for the following reasons. The LP is clear of any marks pn both sides of the vinyl. There is no sign of wear in or around the spindle hole on either side. The record jacket is graded EX, only because there is a little wear on the top right corner. Otherwise, it would have been graded M-. There are no taped seams. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
