Condition: Record = NEAR MINT   Cover/Sleeve = NEAR MINT

Comments: Stunning copy in excellent to near mint condition with just the slightest hint of wear; a few faint marks (barely visible) in one or two spots and no scratches. Looks unplayed! The sleeve is gorgeous! I've graded the sleeve as near mint, though in reality it's EX+ with just a little wear in one or two places, but no creasing and only a hint of ring-wear. Sleeve has split seam on bottom (though ever so slight). This really is an exceptional copy and extremely rare too!
