USA 12 INCH VINYL ALBUM, AMAZINGLY MINT AS IT IS STILL FACTORY SEALED. This is without doubt the finest pressing of this LP ever issued - deep rich bass tones, crisper drums, subtler definition between instruments. If you have good hi fi, you won't believe how great a record can sound until you have listened to this.

1. USA via Priority Mail is US$6.00 for this item. Media Mail (allow up to 4 weeks) is US$4.00.
   Add US$1.50 for each additional LP via Priority Mail.
   

2. USA customers purchasing MORE than one LP from the same auction, can choose Media Mail at the following fixed rates (double LPs count as two): $5.00 for two to five LPs; $10.00 for six to ten LPs; $15.00 for eleven to fifteen LPs, etc.
   Media Mail takes up to 4 weeks for delivery, and although reliable it is slow, and thus we cannot answer queries about non-delivery or damaged packages UNLESS customers insure them at the rates listed below.

5. INTERNATIONAL/CANADIAN customers purchasing MORE than one LP inch from the same auction, can choose our CHEAPSKATE ECONOMY SPECIAL at the following Surface Mail set rates: $12.00 for two to six LPs; $24.00 for seven to twelve LPs; $36.00 for thirteen to eighteen LPs, and so on in $12.00 increments. Customers using Surface Mail should allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. Surface Mail is reliable but slow, and therefore we cannot answer queries about non-delivery or damage of packages because there is NO insurance or USPS tracking for surface shipping. We always pack in brand new high quality mailers or boxes, and advise you of shipping dates, but once delivered to the Post Office we cannot take any responsibility for the way in which customs officials or mail services in other countries handle your merchandise. CHEAPSKATE ECONOMY SPECIAL is the only non-air mail shipping we can provide, and the rates stated are not negotiable. They apply only to purchases from auctions ending the same day, we cannot "hold" wins pending the outcome of other bids placed on auctions that do not end that same day.
   

DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUEST ANY OTHER SHIPMENT METHOD THAN AS STATED ABOVE. We use only quality packaging materials. LPs are shipped to prevent seam splits, the inner disc sleeve being removed from the card outer sleeve and inserted into a plastic record sleeve inside a cruciform corrugated record mailer. Larger orders are shipped in a corrugated box.

Fortunately, very few mailings are ever damaged or go astray, but Raisedonrecords can ONLY repay USA inland customers for the value of any items lost or damaged after mailing if the buyer insures them. Insuring your package up to the value of $50 is a customer option because we cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages once they have been handed to the Post Office. We retain all postal receipts as proof of delivery to the post office. For the protection of our USA inland customers, we insist that packages with a total value of $50.01 or more MUST BE INSURED at the post office rates as follows: US$1.30 to the value of US$50.00, US$2.20 to the value of US$100.00, plus US$1.00 per US$100.00 value thereafter. We regret that the USPS offers NO insurance service for International Air Mail small packets. International Air Mail shipments rarely go astray, but they are at customer's own risk once we have delivered the package to the post office. Only International Air Mail Parcel Post (i.e. larger packages of at least 10 or more LPs) can be insured at the following rates: US$1.85 to the value of US$50.00; US$2.60 to the value of US$100.00; US$3.60 to the value of US$200.00); US$4.60 to the value of $300.00, etc. We are required to fill in a customs declaration form for all international shipments. The value of the goods will be customs declared as merchandise at the total selling price UNLESS the buyer instructs us otherwise.

Nearly all our merchandise is pre-owned. It is offered for sale "As Is" under auction conditions as described by us. All sales are final. Nevertheless, we do guarantee all items to be as described. Refunds for merchandise and shipping/handling are only made if the item proves defective or incorrectly described by us. If a CD that has no obvious described defects does not play, or we incorrectly list an item, then we will refund. We require notification from the buyer within 21 days of our shipping date of defective items. Please play and/or check your purchase when you receive it, as we cannot consider refunds for defects over 21 days after shipment. There are no exceptions to this.

We do not respond to offers made on unsold items after an auction has closed nor close auctions early, so please place your bids through eBay only.

  Payment is due at all times within 7 days. We invoice in US$ only, and send email invoices to all winning bidders within 12 hours of the auction ending unless there are exceptional circumstances. DO NOT USE CHECKOUT - please wait for your invoice email. If you do not receive your invoice email, it is essential that you let us know and we will re-send it.

  DESPATCH OF ORDERS:

  We will confirm receipt of payment. Our email confirming receipt of payment is also notification that your merchandise will be shipped on the next available Thursday. We ship at a main post office EVERY THURSDAY. All bidders that pay with Paypal (our auctions usually end on a Monday), will have their merchandise shipped on the Thursday of that week. Any payments received after Wednesday evening will not be shipped until the following Thursday.

  REGARDING NON-PAYMENT AFTER 7 DAYS:

  If payment is not received within 7 days of auction close, we assume the bidder to be a potential non-payer and notify eBay via their non-paying bidder alert form. We no longer personally "chase" non-paying bidders, as this is time consuming and often unproductive. If you do not think it likely that you will pay promptly, then we simply ask you to refrain from bidding. If no payment has been received after a further 10 days, we ALWAYS notify eBay and reclaim our lost end of auction fees. We are not prepared to pay end of auction fees for items that we have not sold. Once we have requested a refund of lost auction fees, non-payers are blocked from further bidding on our auctions. We do not spend our valuable time corresponding about non-payments after a final auction fee has been requested, and we DO NOT spend time filling in online forms requesting eBay remove your non-payer status if you have chosen to bid but then chosen not to pay on time. If you bid and do not pay promptly, be prepared to accept that you will ultimately receive a non-paying bidder warning(s) from eBay. We do not respond to abusive/sarcastic emails from non-paying bidders at any time. The seller is not responsible for the wording of eBay's non-paying bidder emails. The non-paying bidder, NOT THE SELLER, is responsible if non-payment on our auction(s) results in eBay blocking you from further bidding. Items not paid for after a final auction fee refund has been obtained from eBay are a termination of the sale and are no longer available. Future sale of such items is at the discretion of the seller.
