GENESIS: EntangledUnique release from France, housed in a beautiful sleeve.
Record looks fabulous! A-side looks almost unplayed with barely any sign of wear - at least nothing that I can see under LED light; B-side has been played and there are two scratches - one faint mark at the beginning and another one that is a slightly more pronounced, though short and maybe the odd wispy line. Labels are clean on both sides. I would grade the A-side as near mint - practically mint, and B-side EX+, borderline near mint.
Sleeve is fine - to a point, there is mild creasing, bottom left-hand corner and evidence of ring-wear - front and back, plus some curling of the sleeve in the other corners, but no split seams or tears.
It's worth noting that this particular copy doesn't have a promo-stamp on the sleeve and was therefore a stock copy, and for some unknown reason, stock copies of this single are rarer than promo-stamped copies. I've seen a few promos before, but this was the first stock copy I had come across!
NB: I am a private collector and this particular single, and all of the others I have listed, were mine and are now surplus to requirements. Media (record) graded first — visually under LED lighting, followed by the sleeve.
- Media Condition: NM+ (A-side) / EX+ (B-side)

Grading system
I use the standard grading system introduced by Record Collector to determine the condition of the records I am selling, with either a + or – added where necessary to provide a wider selection of grades for greater accuracy.
- Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. - Excellent (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. - Very Good (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. - Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. - Fair (F)
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. - Poor (P)
The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. - Bad (B)
The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection-filler.
