GENESIS FOXTROT - 1st UK PRESS – EJ DAY TEXTURED SLEEVE – RED SPINE TEXT - CHARISMA INNER
I bought this LP brand new in 1973. It’s been in my collection, very carefully looked after ever since.
The textured EJ Day gatefold sleeve is in lovely condition – there are no disc impressions, all edges, and the spine are undamaged, there are minimal shelf marks, and the disc opening is virtually unmarked. There is some exceedingly minor corner wear, but none of significance. The red spine text is 100% readable but has been slightly faded by sunlight so that it is more pink than red.
The vinyl has been carefully kept in an inner sleeve poly liner inside the original Charisma inner (which is also in excellent condition with no tears or splits) and is virtually unmarked. There is no spindle marking on the labels which are in perfect condition and feature The Famous Charisma Label Mad Hatter.
The cover and labels both have B&C credits.
The vinyl has the following 1st press matrix numbers:
Side 1: CAS 1058 A-1U ‘Porky’
Side 2: CAS 1058 B-1U ‘Pecko’
This really is in excellent condition for a 40+ year old album, and you’d be hard pressed to find a copy in better condition.
It will be very securely packaged to avoid damage in the post.
