Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room. This week’s auctions feature my Beatles, Rolling Stones and some progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. pressing of Genesis – Foxtrot on the Charisma label, cat. no. CAS 1058 with B & C Records credit on the label and the 1-U matrix endings. There are also the “Porky” & “Pecko” etchings in the matrix.
The record is in EX condition. There is are a couple non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are also in EX condition, there are only a few spindle marks.
The cover is in VG+++ condition, there is some slight damage in the upper right hand corner on the front and a tiny bald spot in the top of the spine.
This is an extremely rare 1st UK pressed Genesis – Foxtrot album. Most pressings have the Phonogram credit on the label, but this one has the B & C Records credit. The later pressings also have a complete different matrix (A//1 & B//1 endings, no “Porky” & “Pecko” etchings). This is your chance to own an original Genesis Record! Happy Bidding!
