WebVinyl Presents!Genesis
“Nursery Cryme” New Sealed 33-1/3 RPM Vinyl 12” Classic Progressive Rock LP! No Reserve!
DESCRIPTION
Genesis - “Nursery Cryme” Charisma Records CAS 1052 (Stereo) from 1972/1975. Great Classic Prog Rock album from Peter Gabriel era Genesis with Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford, Steve Hackett and Tony Banks. Sealed in the Original Shrink Wrap! There are about a million versions of this great LP and with this one being Sealed it is a bit hard for me to identify exactly with certainty. I can say for sure it has a Non Gatefold Cover with “Distributed by Buddah Records” Logo in the back lower right corner. It is hard to tell because of the Shrink Wrap but I think this has the Textured Cover rather than the smooth - there is a small spot in the upper right corner where the Shrink Wrap is slightly torn and the cover appears to have some texture or is at least not slick, sorry but I don’t have another example to compare it to. I have no way of seeing the Label, Inner Sleeve or any Matrix Numbers. Best evidence suggests this is a 1975 Reissue, Goldisc Pressing probably with the Small Mad Hatter Labels but I can’t be sure. If you have any way to identify more accurately, please let me know. Otherwise, what you see is what you get!
CONDITION
In NEW, SEALED condition in its Original Shrink Wrap. There is a bit of corner softening and a soft crease in the lower left corner. As mentioned, the shrink is slightly torn in the upper left corner area. There is a small promo sawcut in the lower right corner. Beyond that pretty much perfect and should easily rate at least EX overall if not Near Mint. Please note - Sealed Records are assumed to have Mint Vinyl by definition. Because there is no way to check the condition of the Vinyl without opening they are not returnable!

Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.

Please read and understand: EBay / PayPal now requires door to door tracking and Insurance on all shipments! I strongly encourage customers to choose this option for both of our protection. I understand that this is painfully expensive particularly for overseas bidders. I am going out on a limb by allowing my overseas customers to choose shipping via regular 1st Class mail. If you choose to have your item shipped without Tracking or Insurance, you specifically agree to relinquish any and all rights to claims or refunds for loss or damage via eBay, PayPal or Credit Card companies and to abide exclusively by the terms as set forth in this auction.
