Description
Available here is a Genesis flexi-disc, which comprises a single track - Twilight Alehouse (running time 7.48 minutes). No catalogue number but it bears a Charisma label and states "New Album From Genesis - CAS-1074" which was Selling England By the Pound.
History - I believe that the flexi-disc was available via various channels in 1973 but this one I personally obtained that year as part of a larger fan-pack, which was given away free or sold at concerts. Twilight Alehouse also appeared on record as the B-side to I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe) but had been recorded during the sessions for Foxtrot. It failed to appear there due to lack of room but the song had been part of the Genesis live set since 1970.
Condition - Excellent - I doubt if it has been played more than three or four times and it is still bright and clean and free from any scratches. Having given it a quick play through, I can confirm that there is no jumping or sticking - background crackle/noise is almost non-existent, although the odd light click may be heard.
Sleeve Condition - Excellent - Comes in its original off-white plain sleeve, which has only the lightest signs of wear.

It is not my intention to profit from postage. If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs. See About Me for further general despatch information.
