For Sale: SPIN CLEAN MARK II RECORD CLEANING SYSTEM
CONDITION:
GENTLY USED, in like-new condition! This RECORD WASHER is manually operated - you place an LP in between the brushes, and rotate (spin) it by hand- it is that simple! This unit although used is clean and perfectly maintained. It comes with two pairs of brushes (this means a spare pair), two rollers, the tank, the lid, and drying towels. All you do is add water + cleaner (and records!) I ran out of the small bottle of supplied cleaning solution - but had equally fine success using one drop of Dawn dishwashing liquid + one drop of isopropyl alcohol (very inexpensive, too). For the water, use distilled. You can buy it almost anywhere for less than one dollar per gallon, it it will last a very long time. Clean out the tank and refill after approximately every 50 record cleanings (depending on how dirty they are).
COMMENT: This Spin Clean Mark II really works! However, I have been given a gift of a more expensive motorized cleaning system, so I am able to put my trusty Spin Clean up for sale.
