KNOWN, PRIMARILLY of course, as the Newcastle based band featuring pre AC/DC vocalist Brian Johnson who scored a couple of hit singles during the early seventies - one of which was 'All Because Of You', is featured on this album. Musically they were often compared to Slade for their rauchous good time stomping bravado and Johnson's Noddy Holder inspired fog horn vocal style.
Listening to this album now it is clear that the band were much heavier than the production allowed giving them a sort of Nazareth-lite vibe when they should have been occupying the same turf as Deep Purple or Led Zeppelin. Indeed the title track is the only time that the band feels like its been accurately recorded featuring heavy Ritchie Blackmore style guitar riffing, screaming vocals and tough no nonsense drum 'n bass. Having said that, I don't want to give the impression that this record is somehow inferior as clearly the vibe is full on hard rock with some great tracks and Johnson's vocals are quite astounding even at this early stage.

Vinyl: Clean and shiny condition. A couple of faint spindle marks on label but no other signs of any use. Grades as top MINT-!
Cover: Virtually no signs of use. Issued in a fully laminated cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight, stiff and uncrushed. Grades as MINT-!
