George Harrison - All Things Must Pass

(Apple STCH 639 UK 3 LP Box Set 1970)

This is the original 1970 UK pressing in very nice condition! It has a hinged outer box with a matt front cover. The box is manufactured in the USA. This was common with UK 1st pressings. The inner panels of the box are printed on orange card. All three records come with their original lyric inner sleeve. These are printed on textured paper. They are also printed in the U.S. All UK original pressings come with lyric inners which are printed in the U.S. It also comes complete with the giant fold-out poster. This is printed in the UK.

The records are pressed on thick vinyl & are in pressed in the UK. They have 1st press matrix numbers. The matrix numbers, followed by mother stampers, are as follows:

Record 1:

Side 1: YEX 817-1U (HD 2)

Side 2: YEX 818-1U (PL 2)

Record 2:

Side 3: YEX 819-1U (TM 1)

Side 4: YEX 820-1U (MP 2)

Record 3: 

Side 5: YEX 821-1U (PA 2)

Side 6: YEX 822-1U (MD 1)

The labels have the "Mecolico" and "Essex Int." credits. A genuine UK original 1970 UK pressing. Complete & in very respectable condition.

Box: Very nice indeed! There is some light to mild foxing on the front picture. Otherwise just some very light rubbing wear only. There are no seam splits. The hinge is in perfect working order & has no wear. This sleeve is extremely prone to wear. Overall this is a very clean & tidy copy. VG++ condition.

Vinyl 1: Very nice! Just some light to very mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG++ condition. I have play tested this LP in its entirety & it plays near excellent to excellent. There is some very light crackle in a very few quieter places. The labels are lovely and clean and show minimal spindle wear. The inner sleeve has a mild 3" seam split at the bottom. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. It is graded VG+ condition overall.

Vinyl 2: Very nice! Just some light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & some very minor pressing marks. NEAR EX condition. I have play tested this LP in its entirety & it plays near excellent to excellent. There is some very light crackle in a very few quieter places. The labels are lovely and clean and show minimal spindle wear. The inner sleeve is in excellent condition. There are no seam splits.

The Poster is unused. However, it has some mild to more moderate foxing on the white backing. It is in VG+ condition.

I will place the records in a separate plain paper inner sleeve to protect the lyric inner sleeves from any damage.

Please note that these prices are as a general guideline only. For example: Double LPs are classed as two LPs. Also posters, inserts, etc.. can increase postage costs. One parcel must not exceed 2kg (approximately 4-6 LPS).

All records will be sent in high quality vinyl mailers with at least two card stiffeners either side of the LP or 7". I use a cruciform box for larger orders (4-6 LPs). All parcels will be marked "Fragile" and dispatch time will generally be between 1-3 days after payment.

I will also remove the vinyl from the sleeve & place them in a re-sealable polythene sleeve. In order to prevent seam splits. Depending on the inner sleeve; I often remove the vinyl from the inner sleeve & place it in a separate plain paper, or polythene-lined, plain inner sleeve. I am very conscientious and careful when packaging your LP(s).

I consider my postage & packaging costs to be very transparent & very fair. Packaging costs will generally be between £0.80 to £1.50. I am not adding any further costs for handling, etc...
