This auction is for a very rare original 1968 stereo UK 1st press of the George Harrison solo LP 'Wonderwall Music' on the Apple label.
Wonderwall Music was George Harrison's first solo album and was released in 1968. It was also the first ever solo album issued by a member of the Beatles, and was also the first ever release on the newly formed Apple label. Harrison used the project as an opportunity to educate rock audiences to Indian musical instruments.
Unfortunately though this album sold very, very poorly and in very small amounts before being deleted in the early 70's. Today it is getting increasingly more difficult to find this album due to how poorly it sold and would look great in any Beatles, Harrison or Apple collection!

The cover is holding up really solidly with just a little, light wear and year and the like. the front has a little dirt buildup on the laminate but there's no real damage bar a couple of very little laminate creases down the spine and just the lightest hint of disc impression. the corners are nice and sharp with just very light, minimal wear. Top seam has a few spots of wear but is holding tight with no splitting. Bottom seam has no wear and ,again, is holding tight with no splitting. Back cover is looking really godo with minimal dirt buildup on the laminate and only a very tiny amount of little laminate creases and disc impression. Very impressive cover for its age! Made from nice, thick card stock. Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : EX+/NM-

Very rarely do I grade a disc so highly, but this one is looking fantastic! Gorgeous, sharp shine and just a couple of very light, faint scuffs that I can barely see under my desk lamp. The vinyl looks near-flawless!!.

The labels are near-flawless. All I can see is just a couple of very light, fine, wispy spindlemarks and no whitening at all around the centrehole. Beautiful labels!!.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
