Description

GEORGE HARRISON-THE CONCERT FOR BANGLADESH 1971 APPLE RECORDS 3 LP BOX SET STCX 3385 W/ BOOKLET IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! The benefit concert that started them all in this auction. George Harrison & Ravi Shankar gathered a few of their friend to provide relief for the ravaged country of Bangladesh at Madison Square Garden in NYC back in 1971. And when I say friends, I mean Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Billy Preston, Leon Russell and Ringo Starr to name a few of them. It's a show for the ages and we should all be thankful it was recorded and released. An essential for any fan of the man or the performers that played!!

The records are all in an easy VG+ condition with just a very light hairline on sides 1,2 & 5, none of which hamper play at all, all three lp's play well throughout. The booklet is in excellent shape as is the box cover and original inner sleeves. A fantastic buy!!

$3 freight. US sales only!!

Thanks for stopping by my auction!!
