This record is in very good+ condition. It has a few faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs, stains or fading anywhere. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are clean overall and have nothing serious showing in normal light. There is however the occasional very thin light wispy line, a couple of minor 'sleeve scuffs' and a few blotches visible. These lines and mild signs of use clearly show under bright light but there is again nothing sinister. So overall a used record which is in good shape and has no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes but has mild signs of use.
I play tested the record and it played well and produced very enjoyable audio. However it does have a slight warp to it, which is the reason for a lower grading. The warp is not massively dramatic but it is clearly noticeable and causes the arm to raise on both sides. It has no affect on the audio produced however and so it is purely a visual issue. The audio is actually very enjoyable and is free of any major issues and actually has little interference in general. There is a minor amount of surface noise in the run in/out and some of the much softer parts of some tracks but on the whole it is clear, crisp and of good quality. There are no skips, stick or annoying clicks, with just a couple of sporadic light pops audible. Overall it was a very enjoyable play test and produced audio of good quality which was free of any major problems. It does have the warp however and so I could grade higher than VG+.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some age related rubbing and wear to the edges and corners, but the writing along the spine is still all legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere however and no tears, scuffs or pen marks. There are no major creases anywhere but it does have ring marks visible on both sides and some slight fading in places. Overall it is strong, clean and in good shape however but with some general age related wear. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks but does have a little creasing and mild ring marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
