Description
George Wallington - Phil Woods - Donald Byrd - Red Garland
“Modern jazz survey 1 - New York Jazz"
US lp on Prestige (PRES 16-5) DG, 446 W 50th St from mid 50's. This lp runs on 16 rpm!!
Record: M- very nice and played only a couple of times
Cover: close to M- clean and nice with no splits and no writing.
Very nice copy of this rare lp
If I remember right this is an original session/release. The other 5 16rpm records released by Prestige contined previously issued material, but not this one.
All records are original first pressings, if nothing else is stated.
For this listing I have tried to select only lps in nice and collectable condition. All are from my own collection and original 1st press if nothing else is stated. Even if I have 100% customer satisfaction, I know that I can sometime make a mistake. So I have tried to be conservative with my gradings.
Sending records from Sweden is unfortunately expensive (strong Krona, weak $ & £). I don't charge for handling, packing mtrl etc only what I have to pay myself at the post office. On big orders I will chip in and share some of the cost for postage.
Buyer pays shipping. IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE that ebay have started to use some sort of very confusing system where I have to tell, before hand, how much postage will be. This is of course not possible as I live in Sweden and can't use the US postal services and also due to that I don't know, before hand, where the winner lives!! So if the listing for example says 4$ in postage to the US it is not true. I don't send domestic in the US as I live in Sweden.
I only charge what the Post office charge me. Cost for postage is due to weight and size. I don't charge anything extra for handling etc.
PLEASE, WAIT WITH YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL I HAVE SENT YOU AN INVOICE!
Paypal, IBAN bank transfer (within EU) or £ / $ / € cash is accepted. NO check's,imo's or similar. All items carry a full money back guarantee minus postage costs and Ebay fees. I will/can NOT take any responsibility for items lost in the mail, if they are UNregistered or UNinsured.Good luck
Postage and package rates:
