Description
GERRY MULLIGAN MEETS STAN GETZ –
Verve MG VS-68249 –
RARE!
This 1957 jazz session features sax-men Mulligan and Getz together for the first time.
The end result is way cool, in LET’S FALL IN LOVE, ANYTHING GOES, TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT, THAT OLD FEELING, THIS CAN’T BE LOVE, and BALLAD.
Cover of this classic is without fault (just has the original price sticker on front); record within is near mint.
For other fine records, TAS picks and hard-to-finds, please see my complete list of offerings here on eBay.
Shipping and handling is $4 for a single LP shipped within the States; $1 for each additional LP. Internationally, $19.60 via airmail for the first LP, $4 each thereafter. (Canada is $13.50; $3 each additional.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
