Description

Two beautifully recorded Original Cast performances from the 1927 London production of Gershwin's great musical 'Oh Kay!' sung by its star Gertrude Lawrence. She sings the classic 'Someone To Watch Over Me' and is joined by co-star Harold French to sing 'Maybe' on Columbia 4618. These sides were actually recorded in His Majesty's Theatre and are accompanied by the theatre's orchestra - as close to being there as you can get! CONDITION: A lovely E+ copy.
